Jergens Naturals

So a few weeks back i was sent two products to try from Jergens Naturals, I am not being paid for this review it is my 100% honest opinion.

I first came across Jergens whilst out in the Philippines on holiday. I wrote a post HERE about a particular product which i fell in love with. So when Jergens contacted me i was really excited to try some products from the naturals range.

First up is the Jergens Naturals Cocoa Butter. Whenever i think Cocoa Butter i think a rich thick very over powering cream but this is something this Cocoa Butter is not. Its very light silky and literally melts into your skin. This cream is said to last up to 8 hours..i dont think i last quite up to 8 hours scent wise however it certainly made me skin feel amazing all day!

What Jergens Say:
An outstanding light weight 96% natural lotion that immediately transforms dry, thirsty skin with natural moisturisers. Deeply conditions and doubles skin’s natural radiance with Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Seed Oil and Vitamin E

Key Ingredients:

Cocoa Butter : rich chocolately scented butter, known to deeply hydrate and tone skin

Sunflower Seed Oil : softens the skin and helps skin maintain its moisture levels

Vitamin E: Works to protect skin from free radical damage helping to ensure it is protected from further environmental damage

Up next is the Jergens Naturals Total Nourishment. Again this cream is so light and silky and smells absolutely devine. Its packed full of amazing berries including cranberries, black currants and gogi berry. So as you can imagine it smells amazing.

What Jergens Say:
Total Nourishment is formulated with a healthy dose of nature’s super-foods known to promote skin health and fight against free radical damage. Transforms dry skin to visibly healthy, nourished skin

Key Ingredients:

Acai Berry : a nutrient-rich superfood that promotes skin health

Cranberry : offers gentle exfoliation of the skin, helping the skin to be vibrant and healthy-looking

Mangosteen Extract : contains potent antioxidants known to counter free-radical damage

Both products are available in 200ml bottles and cost around £4.99. They are available in most supermarkets and drug stores.

Pricey But Perfect...Well Almost-Creme Anglaise

What Lush Say:

Crème Anglaise

Creme Anglaise is made with some of the finest ingredients available. We've used toning sweet orange oil and moisturising natural butters blended into an almond infusion. An infusion of saffron, the world’s most expensive spice, gives it the authentically golden colour of real Creme Anglaise. This hand and body lotion will lavish a new kind of luxury on your skin and make you proud to be British.

Almond Infusion (Prunus dulcis), Saffron Infusion (Crocus sativus), Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera), Cocoa Butter (Theobroma cacao), Shea Butter (Butyrospermum parkii), Glycerine, Stearic Acid, Almond Oil (Prunus dulcis), Vanilla Absolute (Vanilla planifolia), Myrrh Resinoid (Commiphora myrrha), Sweet Orange Oil (Citrus sinensis), Triethanolamine, Perfume, Cetearyl Alcohol, Benzyl Salicylate, Coumarin, *Eugenol, *Limonene, *Linalool, Methylparaben}

What My Thoughts Are:

So i first came across this amazing cream when i was browsing Lush with the lovely Zoella in Covent Garden when we both went the London Fashion Week. We both tried the cream, looked at the price and walked you do lol! However we both couldn't believe how good if felt on our skin. So whilst in Lush in Westfield i spotted the little pot of amazing miracles at the till..once again kept starring at the price and then thought ahhh what the heck i could treat myself this month :) So i did. I love everything about this cream, it smells amazing a mix between vanilla and well vanilla. Its a very strong smell some people may hate and some people may love. I personally love it so don't mind piling it on my skin like there is no tomorrow! The cream itself is extremely thick but very creamy. It takes a long time to rub into your skin but after it literally leaves your skin feeling like silk. I have to admit once first applied it is quite oily but this does disappear once the cream has set in.

The only problem with this cream is it only has an end of life usage date for around a month, which is understandable as all Lush products are 100% natural however for the price you pay you would expect to be able to use the cream for quite a lot longer than the life span of the product. Mine has now past the date and i still have a lot of products left which is just going to go to waste which is such a shame as i really do love the cream!

Have any of you guys tried this product?

FYI: I am still quite new to lush so wasn't aware that most lush products should last around 3 months, so something has obviously gone wrong, wheither it has the wrong sticker or it had been on the shelf for a while i do not know so i am going to be digging out my receipt at taking it back to lush to sort out the problem. Thankyou Charlie for making me aware of this. For anyone who is going to comment that i can still use this i can tell it has already gone off so there is no way i can.

Rimmel Colour Show Off- Shake Up Pink

Hello my lovelies..sorry i have been a bit MIA recently, i have been off work with a bug and then been away at a wedding the last two days so im now finally catching up on my posts. I'm going to start with this beaut of a lipstick. Like all us girls do, i was browsing the isles of Superdrug when i spotted lots of bright pink shiny new lipsticks on the Rimmel counter. Now this colour literally jumped at me and i knew even without swatching i would love it. I obviously did swatch it and did love it instantly i knew this is going to become a "must have" in my bag and make up bag as it is such a gorgeous colour. This is from the new Colour Show Off line. The packaging is to die for and the price is perfect to at around £4.99(don't quote me as i can't actually find this line on the website or on superdrugs website) The lipstick is a matte finish and is super smooth and smells great too, quite like fruit :) Pigmentation is also great. There is 11 colours in the line, you have the pinks, corals and the reds. Im guessing i will probably end up with all 11 naughty i know!!

Yaaay for affordable drugstore matte lipsticks!

Have any of you tired these lipstcks?

M.A.C Spring Colour Forecoast Haul & A Few Swatches

OK so I'm going to start off with the most upsetting part of this post! On Thursday the new M.A.C collections were released in store along with the Viva Glam GaGa Lipstick(this is what everyone thought) So as most of you know i work at Heathrow so I'm always usually really lucky with collections as most products don't sell out quickly but never the less i headed to work early to get first pick. The first product i asked for was the Viva Glam GaGa lipstick of course and was sooooo happy as they had lots in stock so i was able to pick up two. I was so excited i didn't even look at it i just went on to purchase other products from the collections which you will be able to see in a moment. Now i was on my break at work and thought i would have a look at all what i bought. The first thing that stood out to me was that the Viva Glam GaGa lipstick didn't have signatures on either of the boxes so i quickly checked the actual lipstick and they didn't either. After being sooo excited i was soo gutted and quickly ran downstairs to see the girls in M.A.C before my break was over. The girls were really shocked and couldn't understand what had happened. They had previously told me that the Viva La GaGa lipstick isn't officially launched until the 14th of this month but they thought it was Thursday as well until they came in for their shift and was told it was being held back. We are putting this down to the reason why the lipsticks didn't have any signatures on them but we could be totally wrong. I am just going to hold out until the 14th the official launch date and hopefully swap my lipsticks :( I'm sorry if that made no sense what so ever!

So here is the lipstick itself with no signatures (I can see it but cant touch it noooo)

Here you can see that it is the Viva Glam GaGa Lipstick!

Ok on to the happier side of this post :)

Pre warning though picture quality is pretty poor as i'ts late here and my lighting is sooo bad but i really wanted to get the post up! I can take better swatches in daylight if you wish!

So i got pretty much everything on my wish list apart from Phlox lipstick which is on display at my M.A.C but they don't have any in stock, it's not that it sold out they just haven't had any in.Its really sad as it is such a gorgeous colour in person!

Lets get on with what i did get...

I think i will start with THE most talked about blusher at the moment...

Blush Ombre Ripe Peach!!!

It is an absolutely amazing colour. I just want to stare at it alll day its sooooo pretty. This blusher is perfect for spring/summer. It has an amazing colour gradient so you have 3 blushers in 1. Pigmentation is spot on and the texture is lovely, very smooth and silky. What i love about this colour is its slightly shimmery which means it could be great for a highlight colour as well. This will be in my favourites for a while i think so maybe i need to buy a back up?!?

I also got two lip liners as i fell in love with the texture and colours. Great for this seasons trends, pastel pinks and corals and seeing as i wear those colours on my lips a lot i thought these would be perfect!

Left- Naked Liner
Right- In Synch

Texture is so soft and light its almost as if they melt slightly with contact!!

Now here are my three beauties :) Minus 1 :(
Vibrant coral with a hint of gold and pink shimmer

Soft purple/pink with hint of gold shimmer
Appears more purple on the lips

Colour Me Coral-Frost
More everyday coral once again with a hint of gold shimmer

I love every colour but i must say they are very sheer on the lips which means they are more practical for everyday wear really. My favourite out of the three is Victorian as its such a unique colour. Fresh Salmon is sold out online but i have to say in person i really didn't like the colour.
Once again i am honestly so sorry about the poor quality pictures, you really can't see the colours very well but i will be posting a lot of FOTD post with these products included so you will be able to see the colours a little better.

A lot of people are getting pretty bored with new M.A.C Collections but i can honestly say i don't think i ever will, i may not buy something everytime but i do like to have a look at all the new products.

Have any of you guys been lucky enough to get your hands on any products from the Spring Colour Forecoast Collection?

Dior Addict Spin On Lacquer Smoothing Glow 003 £5

Victor&Rolf FlowerBomb Limited Edition Sparkly Perfume £20

I have wanted this perfume for such a long time now but thought it was slightly expensive so i was really lucky to get this 50ml for only £20. This is now my favourite perfume. It smells amazing so sweet and girlie its a new love :)

P.S I picked up a few things from the new M.A.C Collections yesterday including Bubblegum Lipstick so swatches will be up later tonight hopefully!

Urban Decay Alice In Wonderland Palette

I just wanted to take a few minutes to say a big HELLO to all my new followers :) Im now weyyy over 600 followers which is totally amazing so ThankYou so much everyone!

Today i just wanted to show you the Urban Decay Alice In Wonderland Limited Adition Palette. Im sure you have seen lots of reviews and pictures but i just wanted to share it with you. I went to Debenhams the day after the palette was released thinking it would be sold out however i was totally wrong, Westfield had roughly about 40-50 left so i was lucky enough to get my hands on two :) Greedy i know!

Now i have heard that a lot of the colours in the palette are repromotes from the other Urban Decay Book Of Shadows but this doesn't bother me as i dont actually own any of these palettes.

The packaging is suuuuuper cute!!

This palette cost £28 which i think is a really affordable price seeing as you get a lot included in the palette!

Im working flat out at the minute as i am saving for my holiday so i havent actually had a chance to use this yet so once i have i hope to post lots of EOTD pictures.

Im sooooo happy i own this palette, i love it!!

Have any of you guys been lucky enough to get your hands on this palette?

Pure Cosmetics.

Everytime I visit Boots in Westfield i always find myself looking at the Pure Cosmetics stand but never actually purchasing anything, until the other day when i wondered over and they had a 75% off sale on which i am guessing because it is being discontinued!! So it was my chance to snap up a few items. There wasn't too much left but to be honest most of it was in pretty bad condition apart from these two gorgeous palettes. I had been looking at these for such a long time and was lucky enough to get them at only £3.70 something each...bargain alert!!!

I got the Party palette.

and the Day palette.

I have only swatched these but pigmantation seems good but not as good as mac or anything but for a cheap bargain its pretty good. I have to say im glad i didnt pay full price for these though! Once i have used them a lot more and acheived some different looks i will update you all a little more :)
