Products I Can't Live Without♥Beauty Basics

There is a few beauty basics which i love and can't live without so i thought i would share with you what i 100% always re-buy!

Shockwaves Power Hold Hairspray Ultra Hold- Perfect hair spray for my hair type. Its not too heavy and sticky. Great for spraying and brushing out doesn't leave the hair hard. I use the ultra hold so it lasts all day. These are often on offer in places like superdrug for 2 for £4 so such a great bargain price for a perfect hair spray. If I'm honest around 80% of the reason i love this hairspray is because of the scent! It smells amazing..not like any other hairspray. So fruity and scrummy. I think anyone would love to spray this on their hair all day long just because of the scent!

Beverly Hills Formula Natural White Whitening Toothpaste- We all now i am a huge teeth whitening addict LOL! I think i have tried and tested pretty much every teeth whitening product on the market but there is one teeth whitening toothpaste which i cant live without as for me it is the only toothpaste which works. Beverly Hills Formula Natural White. This is now my 4th or 5th tube of this toothpaste i love it. It keeps my teeth nice and white and doesn't taste awful, a lot of teeth whitening toothpastes can taste really bad. I love that it is available everywhere!! Superdrug, boots,Tescos, savers you name it you will find it :)

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula- I have used Palmer's Cocoa Butter since i was little however there was a stage i went through where i couldn't stand the smell, i don't know why but it was just far too sickly for me. Then my boyfriend started using it and it reminded me how much i love it and suddenly i loved the smell again :) Leaves my skin literally silky soft and leaves a gorgeous sheen to the skin. Recently i have been buying the Breast Cancer bottle as 25p from the sale is donated to Breast Cancer Care.

Sure Maximum Protection- Now this is the one product i have to admit i haven't re purchased but only because i haven't finish this one and i will 100% be re purchasing as i don't think i could now live without this deodorant. Deodorant isn't something you usually see on a beauty blog but it is something everyone uses everyday to i think it should be mentioned if you come across a good one. This is a new deodorant added to the Sure line. Sure Maximum Protection's technology acclimatises to the body by forming a protective network across sweat glands and a deep layer of protection. Sure Maximum Protection should be applied at night and will even last after your shower in the morning. I work an active job so its perfect for me during the day, i also have to be searched for the nature of my job so it means i don't have to worry about being sweaty. I know its a little personal and quite disgusting really but we all have to cope with it and if some of you suffer worse than others then this is the deodorant for you.

Cutex Nourishing Nail Polish Remover- There isn't much you can say about a nail polish remover but i have always bought Cutex and i love the Nourishing one for weak nails as it moisturises and leaves a vanilla scent!!

Dove Intensive Cream For Extra Dry Hands- I keep hand cream in every bag possible, my car, work my bedroom and also on my bedside table and this is the hand cream i use before bed! Its an intense cream so really works with my dry hands over night. It contains cream oil to really moisturise the skin. It is a fast absorbing cream and leaves your hands extra soft, extra smooth and extra beautiful instead of extra dry. It smells amazing too.

No7 Cleansing Sponges- Simple for a little facial everyday! Who doesn't want a little facial every morning??

Johnson's Daily Essentials Nourishing Facial Cleansing Wipes For Dry Skin- These are the only facial wipes i can use. They are not too scented and leave my skin clear. I have tried so many different facial wipes and these are the only wipes that work for me. I don't use facial wipes every night but these are perfect for those times when you are in a rush. These are great just to have in your dressing table for multi purpose use.

Simple Exfoliating Facial Wipes- I have dry skin and pretty much everyday i have a dry area on my face which these wipes smooth out such as my nose or chin. These wipes are quite hard to come by as they are only in selected boots or Superdrug so when i have run out i notice such a difference if i have to go a while without using them. They have no scent and although they are exfoliating one side is rough and the other side is smooth so they are not harsh on the skin at all.

Carmex Lip Treatment- I have spoken about Carmex many times before and i think you all know i love it. It really is the only lip balm that i re purchase and that i know will 100% sooth my dry lips throughout the winter. This is a much have for me.

Most of these products cost around £2-£6 so are super affordable for great products and can be found at any Boots or Superdrug also many supermarkets like Tescos.

  4. great post, I think its great to blog about the basics, they might be 'less exciting' products but they are so important! Ive never tried that hairspray but might give it a go. I love palmers products but the are thick and sticky! Worth it for the results though

    Love the new layout,

  5. Completely agree with you on the johnsons wipes, I think they are the only ones that really remove waterproof mascara! I have just discovered carmex and I am in love with it! and the rest I havent tried but definately will be, the hairspray sounds fab - a hairspray that smells nice?! and also I have dry patches and have found that normal exfoliators (ive tried loads) dont really completely get rid of them, so really want to try the wipes. I live in cumbria though so I wonder if they will be in any stores near me?x

  7. Palmer's cocoa butter! I had a love/hate relationship with that products the first time also because of the smell and the sticky consistance... but now that winter came back I feel like this is the best moisturizer I've tried so far and I can't live without this little gem.
I have the white one but ooh whattt yours is PINK. I need this!

    xoxo
